So I had nothing to do this afternoon after I finished at the box office and finally went to see Twilight, since it was playing the soonest.

The only one I really want to see is The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Bedtime Stories looks kinda fun, but I think it'd be a much better film if it didn't have Adam Sandler in it - it seems like a great concept , but I'm not a huge fan of his particular brand of humor. So, still not done with the Christmas shopping. I was planning to go finish it up last night, but the Ice Storm That Wasn't kind of bollocksed things up. Worked 'til 12:30. It was supposed to be 12:00, but that didn't happen.

Went by Linens 'n Things to try to find a hand mixer and a loaf pan. Apparently they've liquidated those out of stock - no luck. Did buy several bags of Jelly Bellies for the bin on my desk at work, though, so I guess the trip was not a total loss.

Well, I have finally seen Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day - it was just me and a bunch of Senior Citizens in the theater and the little old ladies certainly loved it.
